ELIZABETH POOL

← Back to the Portfolio

This twenty by thirty foot pool was designed was designed with no curb or coping, and detailed so that the water level is at the exact same elevation as the surrounding wood deck.  The water rolls over a narrow tile edge through a slit along the entire perimeter of the pool and into a concealed trough underneath the deck.  Rather than a waterfall, a “wet wall” was designed at the rear of the pool that has a shallow cant to allow the water to roll down the surface without too much splash or noise.  All surfaces of the pool are finished with glass and gold leaf mosaic tile.
